Password Change

Here you can change your password to this SF Paratransit Taxi Debit Card Patron Portal. Please note that you will need your current password to make the change. If you have forgotten it, please contact the SF Paratransit office at (415) 351-7000 for assistance.

Your new password needs to be at least 8 characters in length. Passwords are case-sensitive. Your password can include any combination of letters, numbers, or any of these symbols: ! @ # $ & +

We recommend you use something you can easily remember but is difficult for others to guess.
